Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
  • Support projects or work-streams within a complex program
  • Conduct research and analytics, including peer group review and competitive pay assessments
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients managing expectations and satisfaction
  • Support mid- and senior-level colleagues on large, complex projects
  • Participate in client planning and lead parts of presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience in executive compensation and rewards
  • Experience interacting with senior executives and boards of directors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Canadian resident able to work in Canada
