Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
- Support projects or work-streams within a complex program
- Conduct research and analytics, including peer group review and competitive pay assessments
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients managing expectations and satisfaction
- Support mid- and senior-level colleagues on large, complex projects
- Participate in client planning and lead parts of presentations
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in executive compensation and rewards
- Experience interacting with senior executives and boards of directors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Canadian resident able to work in Canada
