POSITION OVERVIEW Green Key Resources is looking for a Construction Recruiting Account Manager to join our thriving recruiting division specializing in commercial construction. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with recruitment and business development expertise, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction roles and market trends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial construction roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and candidate qualifications. Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals, including project managers, estimators, and superintendents. Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent effectively. Analyze resumes to assess specialized skills and qualifications relevant to the construction industry. Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Collaborate with team leaders to evaluate hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Provide expert consultation to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies. Balance client and candidate needs to achieve successful placement outcomes. Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and business development within the commercial construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, roles, and market trends. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships. Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and systems effectively.
