Responsibilities

• Support Consultants in executing client engagements across various leadership needs
• Participate in business development and prepare pitch presentations
• Assist in the development of client communications and engagement plans
• Conduct structured capability-based interviews and synthesize assessment data
• Manage multiple engagements and communicate progress to clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership consulting or professional services
• 5+ years of experience in corporate human resources management with a focus on talent development
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate/MBA preferred
• Excellent knowledge of English and Japanese languages

The role requires approximately 20%-40% travel, primarily within the region of the home office.
