Responsibilities

• Scope the position with the client through initial site visits
• Write, edit, and proofread position descriptions
• Develop a deep and diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
• Evaluate potential candidates and assess their organizational fit
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
• Present candidate pools to clients via meetings
• Manage the flow of knowledge obtained during a search

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-6 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization
• Excellent time management skills
