Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research
- Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
- Assist in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ professional experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Prior experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
