Responsibilities

  • Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
  • Identify potential prospects and represent the client in the marketplace
  • Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls
  • Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients
  • Communicate effectively with team members and keep abreast of search developments
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and local practice activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, talent acquisition, or strategy consulting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
