Responsibilities

• Develop and implement salary survey data for benchmarking
• Manage Total Rewards database building and collaboration with multiple teams
• Deliver products and services to clients while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and training for clients
• Track and update client information in CRM systems

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in business/HR field, preferably in consultancy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management
• Fluency in Thai and English
