- Develop and implement salary survey data for benchmarking
- Manage Total Rewards database building and collaboration with multiple teams
- Deliver products and services to clients while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training for clients
- Track and update client information in CRM systems
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in business/HR field, preferably in consultancy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management
- Fluency in Thai and English
