Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research to understand client companies and position requirements
• Identify prospective candidates through targeted research
• Maintain progress and market feedback reports for presentation to consultants and clients
• Assist consultants in writing candidate assessments
• Support business development activities and pitch preparation

Requirements

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting preferred
• Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information
