Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts within the Role-Based Consulting practice
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development
  • Identify and secure new clients and develop account growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure successful outcomes
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3+ years of new business development experience within technology consulting, IT staffing, or professional services
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and expansions in enterprise accounts
