Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with healthcare facility contacts to identify staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Manage and track open job orders, including communication on candidate pipeline and placements.
• Provide proactive staffing solutions to address workforce challenges.
• Research and track facility expansions to identify new staffing opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience in Healthcare staffing, account management or consultative sales
• Experience in healthcare staffing, travel nursing, or allied staffing
• Experience partnering with recruiters to support candidate placement and fulfillment processes

Additional Information

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
