Responsibilities

• Recruit and job-match qualified candidates to clients
• Expand customer base through relationship development
• Meet and exceed performance standards
• Service clients and candidates for temporary and direct hire placements
• Maintain accurate attendance records
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Perform client retention and new client targeting actions
• Utilize systems to search for candidates and attract applicants
• Interview applicants and document information
• Coach candidates during the placement period

Requirements

• Two years or more of similar customer development experience
• Completion of in-house training
• Experience in a commission or bonus plan based on performance
