Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical development positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of recruiting experience within clinical research, CROs, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations
• Experience recruiting for clinical development roles such as Clinical Research Associates, Trial Managers, Project Managers, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs professionals
