Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned to business priorities
• Partner with senior HR and operation leaders
• Lead talent policy design and governance
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
• Leverage HR/Talent data and analytics
• Manage employee relations and performance practices
• Lead learning and capability development initiatives
• Advise on compensation and benefits strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience leading organizational development initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven leadership capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Base pay range of $92,400-100,000 per year
