Responsibilities

• Deliver a white-glove experience throughout the full hiring lifecycle
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for science and engineering openings
• Proactively build and nurture pools of specialized talent
• Represent Direct Sourcing at weekly meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience supporting multiple business lines
• Comfort working in process-driven environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
