Compensation

The hourly base pay for this position is $20.00 to $21.00/hourly.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition efforts in Puerto Rico
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Attract, source, and screen candidates for manufacturing positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Participate in job fairs and community hiring events

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment
• Ability to build collaborative relationships
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving goals
