Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume requisition load while delivering quality and strong candidate experience
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align on role requirements
• Drive a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) throughout the candidate lifecycle
• Lead structured interview processes and influence hiring decisions
• Maintain accurate updates within ATS systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders and/or RPO client environments preferred
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions (U.S., LATAM, Canada preferred)
• Bilingual English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
