Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Account Director to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment
• Write job adverts and conduct CV searches
• Screen and match candidates to client roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Leverage marketing initiatives for candidate attraction
• Use data to track performance and improve outcomes
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Identify and drive new business opportunities

Requirements

• Strong and proven perm recruiting experience
• Sales-driven mindset
• Ability to engage and persuade clients
• Staffing/Recruiting Agency experience
• Experience in recruiting marketing, digital, creative, and tech sectors preferred
