Compensation

The anticipated pay scale for this position is $70,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships
• Educate prospective candidates on the benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or staffing
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
