Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable candidates using internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Track KPIs using Power BI.
  • Build and maintain an in-house candidate database and workflow products.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings based on job descriptions.
  • Manage volume recruitment efficiently.
  • Ensure all approved roles are advertised and recorded in the ATS.
  • Liaise with recruitment partners for feedback on CVs and interviews.
  • Provide regular commentary on direct recruitment activity.
  • Build and maintain internal relationships with clients.
  • Provide consultative advice and support during the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Produce and develop meaningful MI reporting.
