Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, ATS, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and assess candidates for technical competency and cultural fit.
• Conduct phone screenings, technical discussions, and HR interviews as required.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and assignment reviews.
• Use ATS/HR tools to maintain candidate data and track key recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
• Follow up with candidates promptly and maintain strong engagement with top talent.
• Support offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
