Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, ATS, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and assess candidates for technical competency and cultural fit.
- Conduct phone screenings, technical discussions, and HR interviews as required.
- Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and assignment reviews.
- Use ATS/HR tools to maintain candidate data and track key recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates promptly and maintain strong engagement with top talent.
- Support offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
