Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Advise leadership on talent strategy and market insights
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives
• Drive recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide reporting of key metrics and insights

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house recruiting experience preferred
• Experience partnering with hiring teams
• Ability to navigate complex environments
• Proven track record of engaging passive talent
