Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
• Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees
• Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting
• Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience
• Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a 360-recruitment consultant in an agency setting
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with solid sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to navigate complex client structures and multiple stakeholders
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
• Target-driven with strong attention to detail
• Professional business English speaking/writing
