Responsibilities
- Manage and expand strategic client relationships across multiple entities
- Identify and anticipate client needs to secure and grow new business opportunities
- Provide consultative insights on market trends and hiring strategies
- Lead targeted business development activities and manage client enquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and support client tenders
Requirements
- Proven experience at Senior Consultant level or above within a recruitment agency environment
- Contract recruitment experience across technical or specialized sectors
- Ability to build and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Strong strategic planning skills and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
