Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants, key accounts, and client-service teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions
• Build and maintain a strong network of skilled professionals
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates
• Provide market insights and intelligence to support business development initiatives
• Support the team’s delivery strategy, coaching junior consultants and sharing best practices
• Represent Spencer Ogden professionally in client meetings and industry events

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or delivery experience within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing mid- to senior-level talent
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
