Responsibilities

• Assist Recruiting Manager in developing team into expert Recruitment Consultants
• Lead the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research
• Develop a creative recruitment strategy to identify candidates
• Counsel the hiring manager in final selections and recruitment processes
• Mentor and develop new and existing team members

Requirements

• Ability to support all facets of recruiting including competitive market research and cold calling
• Acts as a subject matter expert in Recruiting and the RPO industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize time and work effectively
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and employer promotion
