Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to understand role requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
- Build targeted sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines
- Drive offer processes and negotiate with candidates
- Act as a strategic advisor to anticipate hiring needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience
- Experience hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operationally strong and detail-oriented
