Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering leadership to understand role requirements
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple engineering searches
Build targeted sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines
Drive offer processes and negotiate with candidates
Lead initiatives to improve technical recruiting processes

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience
Experience hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Operationally strong and detail-oriented
