Responsibilities

• Candidate recruitment and retention throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle
• Utilize candidate network, internal database, job boards, and social media for sourcing
• Select well-matched candidates for client job orders
• Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience
• Strong ability to review and understand IT requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
