Responsibilities

• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent
• Conduct complex internet searches and utilize various recruitment tools
• Network and build candidate pools for multiple positions
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates
• Maintain client and candidate relationships
• Update applicant tracking system data and reports
• Participate in special projects
• Lead market mapping and workforce research initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Ability to achieve results in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with social media and MS Suite programs
