Responsibilities

• Prospect new candidates through various channels including networking and job boards
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives
• Submit candidates and provide necessary information for hiring decisions
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process and coordinate interviews
• Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations
• Manage consultants on assignment and facilitate redeployment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales-related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
