Responsibilities
- Create and execute project work plans
- Ensure search requests are clearly defined
- Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities
- Define and communicate individual and team metrics
- Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
- Review deliverables prepared by team
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with client
- Manage day-to-day client interaction
- Conduct effective performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience
- Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
- Experience leading recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW
- Understanding of revenue and pricing models and P&L’s
