Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and review potential Marketing & Creative candidates
- Interview candidates to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain ongoing contact with candidates on contract assignments
- Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Marketing & Creative-related field
- Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
- Proven track record of success
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
