Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and review potential Marketing & Creative candidates
• Interview candidates to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Maintain ongoing contact with Marketing & Creative professionals on contract assignments
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing & Creative-related field
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of success
