Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and review potential Marketing & Creative candidates
• Interview prospective candidates to assess skill set and work history
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Resolve customer service issues to maintain satisfaction
• Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing & Creative-related field
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
• Proven track record of success
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
