Compensation

Salary Range: $70k - $100k + Uncapped Commissions

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by focusing on decision makers in SMB organizations
• Grow existing accounts by building relationships with decision makers
• Negotiate contracts and staffing engagements
• Collaborate with recruiting and other staff to provide suitable candidate profiles
• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions or industries
• Prepare reports on results and status of accounts

Requirements

• 3-4 years of staffing sales experience
• Ability to build client accounts
• Experience in managing major accounts
