Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project deliverables
• Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Build a knowledge base of client’s business and objectives
• Anticipate and minimize risks on projects
• Build trust with key client stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc quality checks on data accuracy
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
• Experience managing a recruiting team
