Compensation

Pay Rate $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly, final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Assists with enriching and maintaining candidate profiles
• Conducts telephone and email correspondence and follows communication guidelines
• Assists Recruiter with applicant screening, qualification, and validation of provider skills and credentials
• Coordinates, facilitates, and assists with presentation packages, including follow-up
• Prepares and composes correspondence/email campaigns to candidates
• Assists in handling ongoing provider availability and client schedule changes
• Partners with Recruitment in varying capacities and special projects
• Assists with candidate onboarding and follow-up activities
• Completes, sends, and ensures the execution of the Confirmation Letter process
• Conducts follow-ups on behalf of internal customers and partners

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5-7 years of work experience
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity

Additional Information

This is an AMN temporary role, approximately 6 months or longer contract. Team members may be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office based on the work arrangement.
