Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve placement targets by successfully placing skilled trades professionals
- Manage the entire placement process from identifying candidates to finalizing offers
- Understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent
- Build and maintain a network of skilled candidates
- Track key metrics like time-to-fill and client satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 3 years of success in direct hire
- Experience in meeting personal gross profit targets
- Proven ability to qualify, manage, and maintain a database of clients and candidates
