Responsibilities

• Manage support for contractors throughout their assignments
• Work with internal teams to ensure high-quality service
• Support contractors from onboarding to offboarding
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Assist with incident management and HR issue escalation

Requirements

• Experience mobilizing high volumes of contractors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to document and deliver complex business processes
