Compensation

Pay Rate $90,000 - $112,000, dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Perform client engagements and drive optimization services using proprietary Healthcare Enterprise Labor Management methodology.
• Identify, analyze, interpret, and present trends relevant to client objectives.
• Build and implement technical and strategic training curriculum on workforce strategies.
• Lead cross-functional internal work teams to meet client needs.
• Influence clients at key decision points for successful outcomes.
• Grow client relationships with additional products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
• 7+ years in strategy consulting, healthcare operations, or human capital management
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and data analytics
• Healthcare systems experience (Operations or Clinical)
• Presentation to executive level audiences experience
