• Lead the design and delivery of complex talent programs
• Partner with People Business Partners to frame problems and build alignment
• Drive programs from concept through implementation and iteration
• Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering complex talent programs
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leadership teams
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
