Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and review potential Technology candidates
- Interview prospective Technology candidates to assess skills and requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Technology talent
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain contact with them
- Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Technology-related field
- Proven track record of success in recruiting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
