Responsibilities
- Build and extend client relationships through recruitment process delivery
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
- Conduct timely and professional interactions with clients
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
- Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations
- Manage recruitment process and sourcing
- Use competency interviewing to identify candidates
- Manage candidate relationships and communicate client value proposition
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
- 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
- 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 3+ years of industry recruitment experience
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree
