Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm that helps clients with talent acquisition and management. They provide recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to various industries, including financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key business areas
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions and salary benchmarks
• Maintain critical metrics and ensure data integrity within reporting

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization
• Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
• IT Literate with MS Office suite
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
