Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years in talent/recruiting operations
  • 3+ years managing high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting a large recruiting organization (30+ recruiters)
  • Deep expertise in recruiting systems and tech stack ownership
