Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles
• Recruit across various design roles including Product and Brand Design
• Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes
• Provide updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes

• Proven experience recruiting for design roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills
