Responsibilities
- Conducting rewards audits and strategy/program design for all employees
- Supporting classification and job grading projects using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology
- Contributing to client consulting projects in Rewards and Benefits
- Developing and implementing customized analytical solutions and reward concepts
- Creating high-quality presentations and visualizations to communicate project insights
- Working closely with Partners and senior consultants to support proposal development
- Acting as lead consultant/account manager for smaller engagements
- Supporting larger and more complex projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong experience in consulting or industry within Total Rewards
- Knowledge of reward system design and performance management frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
