Senior Consultant, Rewards

Responsibilities

• Conducting rewards audits and strategy/program design for all employees
• Supporting classification and job grading projects using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology
• Contributing to client consulting projects in Rewards and Benefits
• Developing and implementing customized analytical solutions and reward concepts
• Creating high-quality presentations and visualizations to communicate project insights
• Working closely with Partners and senior consultants to support proposal development
• Acting as lead consultant/account manager for smaller engagements
• Supporting larger and more complex projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong experience in consulting or industry within Total Rewards
• Knowledge of reward system design and performance management frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
