Responsibilities

• Assist companies in job evaluation, grading, and organizational structure solutions
• Design job architecture including job families and career progression frameworks
• Conduct work measurement and role complexity assessment initiatives
• Support clients in building robust role frameworks linked to regulatory requirements
• Develop structured analyses and high-quality presentations
• Collaborate with Partners to support proposal development and solution design
• Act as lead consultant/account manager for smaller clients

Requirements

• Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters) in HR, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or industry in job evaluation, job grading, work measurement, or job architecture
• Strong knowledge of job families, grading structures, role classification, and structured evaluation methodologies
• Excellent language skills in Italian and English
• Competent use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
