Responsibilities

• Manage national and international leadership assessment projects from conception to implementation
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders as a trusted contact
• Develop project-specific materials, interview guides, and presentation formats
• Support the selection of appropriate psychometric tools and ensure methodological quality
• Conduct assessments, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports
• Participate in feedback discussions and debriefs with stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or comparable qualifications
• Relevant work experience in Leadership Assessment, Management Diagnostics, or Psychometrics
• Fluency in German and English
