Senior Consultant - EU Pay Transparency

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, customized solutions for clients
• Establish 'Equal Work' frameworks and conduct job analysis
• Identify and close pay gaps using data-driven approaches
• Support the development and disclosure of salary ranges and compensation principles
• Drive compliance with global legislation like the EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Engage with HR and leadership to meet workforce expectations

Requirements

• Experience in leading complex total reward programmes
• BA/MSc Degree in Business Admin, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar
• Experience in consulting or professional service in Work & Career Architecture
• Knowledge of job grading design and reward systems
• Competent use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel

Skills & Tools

Additional Information

Dutch fluency is required, and proficiency in other EU languages is a plus. The role involves significant client interaction and project management.
